Hi! Welcome to Beach Blossom Studio Photography!
My name is Kristen, and I am the creative mind behind Beach Blossom Studio & Beach Blossom Studio Photography. I have always loved to create- from the time I was a little girl I was always making something. From elaborate Christmas villages made out of popsicle sticks, to drawings of my favorite cartoon characters and everything in between. In college I decided to major in Art Education and minor in Photography, and I went on to become a high school art teacher in MA. In college I fell in love with photography and I was fortunate to be able to teach high school photography (& other art classes) for 11 years.  In 2007 I started a photography business called KC Photography.  I photographed weddings, families, seniors and newborns and loved connecting with families and creating memories for them to cherish for a lifetime.

I was born and I raised in MA but I always said I was never “made for MA” it was just waaaayyyy too cold for me! In 2018 my family and I relocated to our dream location, Anna Maria Island. Since arriving on AMI I have expanded my business, Beach Blossom Studio, an island boutique that features my original beach inspired art on jewelry, apparel, accessories and home decor. 

I am excited to expand Beach Blossom Studio to include one of my artistic loves- photographing families, in my favorite place - Anna Maria Island. I love this island and all of the magical beauty it holds. There is truly no place like it! I would be honored to photograph your family and capture beautiful memories for you to treasure for a lifetime. I will be accepting clients on a limited basis.
